Hello World!!!!

A few years ago a dear friend of mine (Walid, thank you), introduced me to Movember, a movement dedicated to awareness, education, survivorship and research surrounding male cancer. The group dedicates the month of November (aka Movember) to raise money to support said goals, as well as organizations such as the Prostate Cancer Foundation and LIVESTRONG, the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

How it works is that on the first of November, “Mobros” (I agree, the moniker is beyond cheesy), shave their faces clean and then proceed to play dress up with just their mustache hair for the rest of the month. They post pictures and it’s funny and all for a good cause.

Since I lack the ability to grow a stache, I have convinced my boyfriend to shave his beautiful face, which is normally covered with a trimmed beard. He went from 30 to 18 in about a half an hour. It was ahmazing.
